Kristan has been an integral member of the International Timber Solutions team since 2014, cultivating strategic relationships with customers and suppliers across key global markets. With extensive experience in customer service and export operations, she brings a professional, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of the business. She leads purchasing operations throughout South America and directs sales into the Middle East and India, ensuring strong commercial alignment and seamless supply chain execution. Her hands-on approach ensures smooth coordination from origin through to delivery, while maintaining trust, transparency, and consistency. Having completed her Certificate IV in Business, Kristan combines hands-on industry expertise with strong commercial and strategic capability. She is focused on fostering long-term partnerships, driving performance across global markets, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

Katrin Springer is working in Business Administration and Human Resources and is based in Mount Gambier. Katrin studied Civil Engineering in Germany and has a wide range of experiences in the fields of project management, budgeting, and planning. She has been part of ITS since inception.

Jonas Andexlinger is the Business Services Manager and is responsible for business processes as well as IT and is based in Mt Gambier. Jonas has a wide range of industry experiences in the field of production management, quality management, start-up and commissioning of industry equipment, scanning technology, writing software, optimisation and process improvements, in large corporations as well as smaller businesses. Originally from Switzerland, Jonas holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl. Ing. FH) as a Timber Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Berne, Switzerland. Jonas moved to Australia in 2007, he has joined the ITS team in 2018.

Jonas loves anything technology, but also loves to do wood working in his free time.

Cuong is responsible for the sales development in Vietnam. After studying 5 years in New Zealand where he majored in International Business Studies, Cuong started his commodity trading. After 10 years specialized in the cashew nuts trading, Cuong switched to wood trading where his knowledge and skills helps ITS become one of the main timber suppliers in Vietnam.

Cuong loves football and is a hard supporter of Manchester United!
