After 10 years specialized in the cashew nuts trading, Cuong switched to wood trading where his knowledge and skills helps ITS become one of the main timber suppliers in Vietnam.

Tanya Pettingill was a member of the ITS team since its inception in 2007. Over her tenure, she has held a diverse range of roles across accounting, customer service, international trade, purchasing, logistics, and international sales. After several years away, Tanya rejoined ITS in 2025 and her current role is Export Documentation and Accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Law) from Deakin University.
